Litigation Specialist | London

We are working with a leading legal AI business looking to appoint a Litigation Specialist to support the development and adoption of its AI-powered disputes platform across leading law firms.
This role would suit a commercially minded litigation lawyer from a Magic Circle, US or equivalent leading disputes practice who is interested in moving beyond fee-earning and helping shape the future of legal technology. You will work closely with law firms, product specialists and engineers, using your litigation experience to improve how complex disputes are managed and analysed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding, training and implementation, helping law firms integrate the platform into live matters.
- Build strong relationships with litigators, partners and innovation teams, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate legal workflows and client feedback into product improvements.
- Support pilot programmes, encourage adoption and demonstrate the platform's value to clients.
- Contribute to wider business priorities, representing the business professionally with clients and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:
- 1-4 PQE with litigation experience gained at a Magic Circle, leading US or equivalent high-calibre law firm.
- Strong understanding of complex commercial disputes, ideally involving substantial document reviews or cross-border litigation.
- Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior lawyers and understand their practical requirements.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a growing business.
- Interested in legal technology, with experience in legal innovation, process improvement or technology implementation particularly advantageous.
What's on offer?
The role offers a salary and equity package of c.£160,000 - £190,000. Based in London, the position requires four days per week in the office. You will join a business backed by leading investors, with exposure to major law firms in the UK and US and the opportunity to influence the development of technology used on complex litigation and arbitration matters.
