Are you ready to take your career to the next level? BCMGlobal is on the lookout for a Litigation Officer to join our team in Ipswich. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, managing mortgage accounts and guiding them through the litigation process — all while making a real difference to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage your caseload of mortgage accounts, balancing empathy with expertise.
- Speak directly with customers, exploring their circumstances and finding the right solution for every case.
- Ensure payment obligations are crystal clear — and collected in line with lender terms and Court Orders.
- Navigate loan conditions with confidence, explaining them clearly and fairly.
- Flag issues early, offer smart recommendations, and bring balanced, technical insights to complex situations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
- Keep records accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Bring
- Empathetic communication style.
- A customer-first mindset, always looking for fair, workable outcomes.
- Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, regulations, and the UK Benefits System desirable.
- Team spirit — you deliver on commitments and lift others up.
- Bonus points if you bring: litigation experience, court procedure know-how, a Law degree, or full CeMAP qualification.
