UTC Artist Management | Greenwich | £26,000 per annum | Entry Level

About UTC Artist Management

UTC Artist Management represents a roster of talent across comedy, entertainment and live performance. We work closely with our artists to develop their careers, supporting them across live shows, touring and a range of opportunities within the entertainment industry. We are looking for a Live Booking Assistant to join our team in Greenwich, working closely with a Senior Manager.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about live entertainment and wants to build a career in artist management and live booking.

The Role

As Live Booking Assistant, you will support the Senior Manager with the day-to-day live bookings and touring activity for a roster of artists. You will be involved in the practical organisation of shows, from confirming bookings and coordinating with venues and promoters through to ensuring artists have everything they need ahead of a performance and assisting with settlements afterwards. The role is varied and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on organisation, communication and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Senior Manager with live bookings and touring.
  • Keeping track of upcoming shows, deadlines and outstanding actions.
  • Liaising with artists, promoters, venues and production teams.
  • Confirming show dates, timings, travel, accommodation and logistical requirements.
  • Ensuring artists and venues have accurate and up-to-date show information.
  • Assisting with booking confirmations and related administration.
  • Maintaining booking systems, spreadsheets and artist records.
  • Checking box office information and assisting with show settlements.
  • Helping with invoices and following up outstanding payments.
  • Preparing itineraries and information for artists.
  • Assisting with travel and other arrangements around performances.
  • Researching venues, promoters, festivals and potential live opportunities.
  • Helping with post-show administration and reporting.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Senior Manager and wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
