Live Chat Support Agent (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to provide responsive, accurate and helpful support to customers through live chat and other digital communication channels.
This is a full-time, permanent, remote UK opportunity suitable for an entry-level candidate with strong written communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service.

- Respond to customer enquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear, accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assist with general customer queries and resolve straightforward issues.
- Escalate more complex enquiries when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- Manage multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Strong written communication skills.

- Previous customer service, live chat or administrative experience may be beneficial, but is not essential.
