About ADI

About the Role

As our global events portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Event Producer to join our team. You'll help bring incredible events to life, build strong relationships with clients, and work alongside talented colleagues who share a passion for delivering amazing experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing and delivering exciting live events.
  • Building and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Developing creative ideas and event concepts.
  • Working with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Supporting budgets, planning and project execution.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and enhance our events offering.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within the live events industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
