Job Title: Live Experiences Team Member

RG Live is looking for a highly organised, motivated, and commercially minded individual to join our growing Live Experiences team. The role offers the opportunity to support the delivery and expansion of large-scale event formats - from light trails to immersive location-based experiences - across global markets. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects running while contributing to the evolution of exciting, audience-facing experiences.

The role involves direct ownership and management of key commercial projects across the portfolio, working across core functions including ticketing, marketing, and finance to coordinate a smooth and successful delivery. You’ll also work closely with multiple external partners, and support the development of junior team members.

What you'll do:

Project Management

  • Attend and lead Senior Management Team meetings as required, conducting venue visits on a regular basis (where applicable).
  • Collaborate closely with venue teams and wider operational partners to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Monitor and execute opportunities for sales and profit maximization throughout the yearly event cycle.
  • Ensure booking processes, builds and reporting are executed accurately by the ticketing team for key projects.
  • Support re-contracting of sites where applicable.

Ticketing

  • Manage and support ticketing functions of the business as and where required – inclusive of relationship management, event builds, and creation and circulation of sales reports.
  • Support the Director of Development and Innovation in the development of ticketing practices for the company going forwards.
  • Support wider team / ticket agents in customer service responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
