Make a Real Difference Every Day
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Support Workers to join our team in the Worthing area, supporting a lovely lady with complex care needs to live independently and enjoy her daily life.
We are operating a live in/live out model so the right person will need to live locally so that they can enjoy going home each night. The carers will need to support a live in model when our client goes into hospital for routine procedures for a week or two.
This is a great opportunity for local live in carers that are able to provide person-centred care and still stay close to home. You'll be assisting with morning routines, daily living activities, companionship, and helping our client maintain her independence and quality of life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
