About The Role
Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll live in the customer's home with them, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
- Support with medication and preparing meals
- Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance
- Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care

What We’re Looking For
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Aged 18+
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential- full training is provided
