Please Read The Essential Requirements Before Applying
We urgently need experienced female Live-in Care Assistants who can drive.
This position is open to female applicants only because the client has specifically requested a female care professional due to the personal and intimate nature of the care being provided. This is an occupational requirement permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident and happy to drive the client wherever needed, including to appointments, activities, shopping trips, and social outings.
You will not necessarily need to provide or use your own car, as a suitable vehicle may be available at the placement. However, being willing and able to drive the client is an essential requirement.
How live-in care works
This is a genuine live-in care position. During each placement, you will live in the client’s home from Monday to Sunday, with your own private room and appropriate daily breaks.
For our ongoing care packages, you must be able to complete a minimum two-week placement without returning home, normally working a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
