We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Live-in Care Assistants, known within our team as Angels, to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
About The Role
As a Live-in Angel, you will live in the client’s home for the duration of the care package and provide support that enables them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Your Role May Include
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting with medication prompts or administration, where trained
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Light household duties
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with dementia, stroke recovery, MND, or other long-term conditions
- Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
- Reporting any concerns to the office team promptly
- Following the client’s care plan and company policies

What we are looking for
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Kind, patient, and genuinely caring
- Reliable and professional
- Respectful of clients’ homes, routines, and choices
- Confident working independently
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office team
- Experienced in care, ideally including live-in care
- Willing to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Flexible and committed to providing outstanding care
Previous experience in care is preferred. Experience supporting clients with dementia, stroke, mobility needs, or complex conditions would be an advantage.

Applicants must:

- Be able to provide professional references
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
- Have a caring and reliable nature
- Be able to commit to live-in care placements
