Job: Live-in Care (Permanent)
Pay: £1,015 - £1,137 per week
Area: Fareham (PO14 1AH)

As a Live-in Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to support individuals to remain living safely and comfortably in their own homes; living in the client’s home for an agreed rotation, providing round-the-clock support while ensuring appropriate rest breaks. You will play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, tailoring your care approach to meet each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.
You may support individuals living with conditions such as dementia, mobility difficulties, or long-term health conditions, as well as offering reassurance and emotional support to family members.

Many of our amazing Care Professionals start with us having not cared professionally before, but with our comprehensive training, mentoring, and shadowing programme, they are now confident and competent Care Companions, making a real difference in their community.

Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not required
Please be aware working visas cannot be provided.
