Company Description

We are looking for Live-In Care Assistants to cover Dover, Deal, Sandwich, and surrounding areas.

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will 'live-in' with the Client for an agreed amount of time (the length of time is dependant on specific Client needs).

Working for Home Instead we hope will give you a tremendous sense of pride and work fulfilment as you are able to impact the lives of vulnerable people in our communities.

Working in our care team is more than just a job, we are one family and we support each other. We pull together to help each other in helping others and we are all working towards one goal-to help people live their best life, no matter their age, ability, health or state of mind.

Job Description

Do you have the skills to be an amazing Care Assistant?

Each day will be different, and you’ll need to think on your feet—whether it’s helping a client with mobility, assisting them with daily routines like bathing and dressing, or simply sitting down to enjoy a cup of tea together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As one of our Care Assistants you will benefit from:

  • Great pay rates of £910 to £1200
