Company Description We are looking for Live-In Care Assistants to cover Folkestone, Hythe and surrounding areas and Ashford, New Romney and surrounding areas. Everyone of our clients is special, and deserves the best care within their own home. Job Description Do you have the skills to be an amazing Care Assistant?. Each day will be different, and you’ll need to think on your feet—whether it’s helping a client with mobility, assisting them with daily routines like bathing and dressing, or simply sitting down to enjoy a cup of tea together. You will need a listening ear, ready to hear incredible life stories, and sometimes, offering a simple chat to brighten our clients’ day. And providing an extra pair of eyes when needed, to keep track of medication, or helping a client find their glasses. You don’t need to be a Michelin star chef, but if you can make a cup of tea and help prepare a light meal, you’re just who we need. You might also be called upon to help with light housekeeping or organising their home so that it’s safe and comfortable.
