About the Role
We are seeking compassionate individuals with a natural desire to enhance the lives of older adults to join our team in Bedford as a Live In Care Professional. You will live in the client’s home and provide non-medical assistance while ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being are prioritised.
You Will:
- Live within a client’s residence and provide tailored support at their home
- Help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily tasks (e.g., light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation)
- Build genuine connections through shared activities aligned with the client’s interests
- Show commitment to delivering exceptional, customer-focused care
- Perform duties with professionalism, reliability, and respect

Skills and Preferences
While there are no mandatory requirements, familiarity with the following areas would be beneficial:
- Supporting individuals with dementia
- Assisting with incontinence
- Providing palliative care
- Adapting to the needs of people with visual impairment or mobility limitations, including bed-bound clients
