Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step into a role with greater autonomy, responsibility and impact?

At Trinity Homecare, we believe that where you live shouldn't determine the quality of care you receive.

Our award-winning Live-in Care division provides personalised, one-to-one care across mainland England, enabling people to remain safe, independent and connected to the lives, families and communities they love.

We're now looking for a Live-in Care Manager to support our growing client base across the North of England.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates based around Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and surrounding areas, giving you a strong base from which to support clients and Care Professionals across the region.

This is more than managing care plans.

You'll be the person who brings exceptional live-in care together.

Why Live-in Care?

Imagine needing additional support but being able to stay in your own home.

Your own surroundings. Your own routines. Your pets. Your community. Your choices.

That's what live-in care can make possible.

Our professional Live-in Care Professionals live in the client's home and provide personalised support built around the individual's needs, preferences and lifestyle.

That can range from companionship and everyday support through to dementia, Parkinson's, mobility and more complex care requirements.

And as a Live-in Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in making sure that care remains safe, responsive, personalised and genuinely centred around each individual.

Join an Outstanding, award-winning Live-in Care team

You'll be joining a service that has achieved some of the highest recognition within UK homecare.

πŸ† Best for Live-in Care Expertise – Home Care Awards 2026

⭐ CQC Outstanding – Live-in Care

πŸ† Top 20 Home Care Group in the UK – 2026

Our Outstanding CQC rating places our Live-in Care service among a small proportion of homecare providers achieving the regulator's highest rating.

We're proud of the recognition.

But what matters most is what sits behind it – our people.

What will you be doing?

As a Live-in Care Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and Care Professionals across your region, building strong relationships and making sure exceptional care is delivered every day.

Your Role Will Include

  • Completing comprehensive care assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Developing personalised care and support plans built around each client's needs, preferences and desired outcomes.
  • Completing regular client reviews and responding when care needs change.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
  • Supporting, coaching and supervising Live-in Care Professionals.
  • Completing working supervisions and competency observations.
  • Helping ensure the right Care Professional is matched to each client.
  • Monitoring the quality and consistency of care being delivered.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to concerns or changes in circumstances.
  • Supporting safeguarding, incident management and risk assessment.
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and other external partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant care documentation.
  • Supporting Care Professionals to develop their skills, confidence and careers.
  • Working alongside colleagues across Operations, Recruitment, Quality and Learning & Development.
  • Supporting new care packages from assessment through to successful mobilisation.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Live-in Care service.
  • Participating in the management on-call rota.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your region while still having the support, systems and expertise of a wider national care organisation behind you.

This could be your region

Our Live-in Care service supports people throughout mainland England, and we're strengthening our Care Management presence across the North of England.

We're therefore particularly interested in hearing from experienced care professionals based in or around:

  • Manchester
  • Liverpool
  • Leeds
  • Sheffield

We're also happy to consider strong candidates living within surrounding areas who are comfortable travelling across the region.

This is a field-based regional position, so regular travel to clients' homes will be an important part of your working week.

For the right person, that variety is one of the best parts of the job.

Different people. Different places. Different challenges. One consistent standard of care.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who understands great care but is equally comfortable leading people, making decisions and taking ownership.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous experience within domiciliary care, live-in care or another community-based care service.
  • Supervisory, Senior Care or Care Management experience.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent – or be working towards one.
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and person-centred care.
  • Experience completing care assessments, reviews and care plans.
  • Confidence supporting, coaching and supervising Care Professionals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own diary.
  • Good digital skills and confidence using electronic care management systems.
  • A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout your region.

Experience specifically within live-in care would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in experienced domiciliary care professionals who understand the demands of managing high-quality care in people's own homes.

You'll thrive in this role if you're...

  • People-focused – You build relationships naturally and understand how important trust is to clients, families and Care Professionals.
  • Independent – You enjoy taking ownership of your region, planning your diary and making things happen.
  • Visible – You don't want to manage care entirely from behind a desk. You want to meet clients and Care Professionals and understand what's happening on the ground.
  • A problem solver – When circumstances change, you stay calm, assess the situation and find a solution.
  • Quality-driven – Good enough isn't your standard. You notice the details that make the difference between simply delivering care and delivering exceptional care.
  • Commercially aware – You understand that excellent care, strong relationships, client retention and sustainable growth go hand in hand.
