What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality live-in support tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Building genuine companionship and meaningful relationships
- Supporting with daily routines and promoting independence
- Helping create a safe, positive, and comfortable home environment
- Respecting clients’ privacy, preferences, and household routines
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes
- Encouraging confidence, dignity, and quality of life
- Being a reassuring and trusted presence for clients and their families
Qualifications
You don’t need previous care experience or formal qualifications to join us — we value kindness, empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others above all else.
