Company Description

At Home Instead, we believe ageing should never mean giving up independence, companionship, or the comforts of home. As the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older adults, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding, relationship-led care that genuinely changes lives.

With award-winning training, minimum one-hour visits, and a people-first approach, we carefully match our Live-In Care Professionals with clients based on personalities, interests, and shared hobbies — creating meaningful connections built on trust, friendship, and respect.

Job Description

Are you caring, compassionate, and looking for a role where you can truly make a difference every single day?

As a Live-In Care Professional, you’ll become a trusted companion and support system for a client in their own home — helping them live safely, independently, and happily in familiar surroundings.

This is more than just a care role. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide reassurance to families, and bring comfort, companionship, and joy to someone’s everyday life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
