You’ll also receive 24/7 support from our friendly local office team. Please note: We cannot provide sponsorship for this role. Drivers are desirable but not essential. Job Description Your Role as a Live‑In Care Professional You’ll live in your client’s home, providing tailored support to help them stay safe, comfortable and independent. Duties may include: Providing companionship and conversation Supporting with personal care Medication administration or prompting Light housekeeping and laundry Shopping and preparing nutritious meals Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities Supporting hobbies, interests and community engagement Providing specialist care (e.g. Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke) Typical 1 week on, 1 week off rotation Client‑Specific Opportunity Alongside our general Live‑In vacancies, we are currently recruiting for a specific client who has a particular preference for how support is provided. This client thrives with: A task‑driven, structured approach, and Purposeful, concise communication We are seeking a Care Professional who feels comfortable in an environment where clarity, efficiency and focused interactions are valued. If you enjoy following clear routines, maintaining high standards, and providing calm, steady support, this placement could be an excellent match. Qualifications Excellent Spoken English Required Drivers preferred (but not essential) – many clients require transport to appointments Must be able to work in and around Norwich Must have the right to work in the UK Must hold an Enhanced DBS and be registered on the DBS Update Service Please note: We do not hold a sponsorship licence Previous care experience needed – compassion and reliability are key Patience, compassion and professionalism An understanding of confidentiality and boundaries A friendly, reliable, common‑sense approach Additional Information What We Offer Weekly pay of £882–£980, increasing to £910–£1,010 in April Daily food allowance or meals provided Paid holiday Mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile for travel during client services Comprehensive, fully paid training A private bedroom, WiFi and TV access Blue Light Card and exclusive company discounts Employee Assistance Programme for health & wellbeing Early access to earned pay via Hastee 24/7 local office support A role where you can build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships Additional Information You will have your own private room within the client’s home, including WiFi and TV access.
