Job Description

As a Live In CARE PROFESSIONAL, you will work directly in a client’s home, providing non-medical support to help them stay safe, confident, and independent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and assisting with meals
  • Managing medication reminders (where applicable)
  • Helping with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility support)
  • Maintaining family and social connections
  • Engaging in shared hobbies or recreational activities
  • Above all, offering classified listening and emotional support

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for empathic, compassionate individuals with:

  • A genuine passion for supporting older adults
  • A creative approach to enhancing quality of life
  • Experience (or keen interest) in relationship-building care
  • The ability to adapt to different personality dynamics
  • A background in personal care and household support (not Romedically training required but a plus)
