Job Description We are looking for Live-in Care Professionals to join our team in Bristol. Experience as a carer or Live-in carer, together with experience and training in age-related issues, and of providing personal care to both men and women is essential. In addition, you will have excellent written and spoken English. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in our clients' home and provide a variety of services to help promote quality of life in their home. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the care sector. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others. Qualifications Driver with own car essential Excellent organisational ability and time management skills. The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients care. An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships. Good communication skills. The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship. Additional Information What we offer our live in carers: Competitive pay rate of £1,036 per week Food provided by the client Two-hour daily break 45 pence per mile fuel expenses, when taking the client on any outing Paid annual leave Rewards scheme Blue Light Card annual fee paid PPE provided Full training provided Ongoing support from the office, with regular contact and face to face visits from our Live-in Care Managers Employee assistance program.
