Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Live-in Care Professionals to join our team.

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in our client's home and provide a variety of services to help promote quality of life in their home.

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the care sector, preferably with experience in complex care. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from candidates who meet our minimum requirements below:

  • Driver with own car essential
  • The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the care sector, preferably with experience in complex care
  • Excellent organizational ability and time management skills
  • The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients' care
  • An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships
  • Good communication skills

Additional Information

What we offer our live-in carers:

  • Competitive pay rate of £1,036 per week, rotas are typically 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
  • Food provided by the client.
  • Two-hour daily break.
  • 45 pence per mile fuel expenses, when taking our clients on any outing.
