Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is about much more than providing support. We're looking for someone who can brighten her day, encourage her to stay active, enjoy outings together, and help maintain a fulfilling routine. Whether that's visiting a local café, going for a walk, browsing the shops, attending local activities or simply enjoying a chat, you'll play an important part in helping her continue to enjoy life.

She also has a much-loved cat, so you'll need to be comfortable around pets and happy sharing the home with a feline companion.

We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, encouraging and has a good sense of humour. Someone who understands dementia, communicates with kindness, remains calm and reassuring when needed, and can gently lift someone's spirits on the more difficult days. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who will fit well within our supportive team and share our values of delivering person-centred support with dignity and compassion.
