We support our clients to live independently while staying active — enjoying local cafés, parks, cultural landmarks, and social activities across Westminster.

Job Description

We are seeking outstanding Live-in Care Professionals in Westminster, London to provide personalised, one-to-one care within a client’s home.

This is a premium role focused on companionship, lifestyle support, and enabling clients to remain engaged in the vibrant Westminster community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and build trusted relationships
  • Support with personal care and daily routines
  • Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Encourage walks, hobbies, and community engagement
  • Prepare meals and maintain a high-quality home environment
  • Monitor wellbeing and communicate with the office team

You will play a key role in supporting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently based in the UK and able to work in London/Westminster
  • Right to work in the UK (essential – no sponsorship available)
  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Previous care experience is essential
