Live-in Nanny for a Lovely Family in Ardingly, West Sussex

A lovely family based in Ardingly, West Sussex are seeking an experienced, fun, and flexible live-in nanny to care for their two little boys, aged 8 months and 2½ years.

About the Role

The role will involve all nursery duties, cooking for the children, nursery runs, taking the children to classes and activities, and providing attentive day-to-day care. The eldest little boy attends nursery part-time, so the majority of care will focus on the baby, who will be turning one when the role begins.

This is primarily a sole-charge position, although there will be shared care on Tuesdays when mum is at home. A Wednesday overnight stay is required due to mum’s travel commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
