Caring for (B) 4 yrs (G) 2 yrs (B) 6 mths.
ASAP start.
Schedule
Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm
Flexible availability required across Monday to Sunday, with the nanny working a minimum of 35 and maximum of 55 hours per week. The nanny will not work every day but may work one or two weekends each month, with some overnight stays, and travel. Working days will vary according to the family’s needs, with a balanced schedule and days off, agreed in advance.
Accommodation
Live-in or live-out, accommodation is a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

About the Role
Looking for a calm, warm, reliable and flexible nanny who is proactive, highly organised, and confident in caring for children from infant to school age. The ideal candidate will be engaging, emotionally intelligent, nurturing, and follow a holistic approach to childcare, responding sensitively to the children’s cues, interests and needs.

Supporting the 4-year-old alongside their Reception education, creating a gentle balance of learning, play and joyful discovery. The nanny will nurture early literacy, numeracy and wider learning through stories, creative activities, play, nature and everyday experiences, following the child’s interests and encouraging curiosity, confidence and a genuine love of learning.
The nanny will be experienced travelling with families and confident integrating seamlessly into a dynamic, private household team, working collaboratively and adapting naturally to the family’s routines and needs.
Duties
- All nursery duties.
- Providing loving, attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all three children.
- Supporting the children’s daily routines including naps and mealtimes, activities, and development.
- Preparing healthy and nutritious snacks and meals.
- Taking and collecting from school/nursery.
- Taking the children to activities.
- Keeping the children’s play areas and rooms tidy and well organised.
- Managing the children’s travel packing and unpacking: carefully preparing, packing and organising everything they need for travel, and ensuring that everything is efficiently unpacked and put away upon return.
- Occasional proxy parenting during approximately 3-4 trips per year (7-8 nights) when both parents are travelling. The nanny will always have the support of another staff member.

Requirements
- English speakers are essential for the role, for the children’s language and dialects.
- The eldest will be attending Reception 5 days per week and the middle child is at nursery two days per week.
- Passport ready and flexible to accompany the family on international travel, as both parents travel regularly for work.
- Non-smoking environment.
Salary
£22+ gross/ hour, flexible for the right person.
