Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering live streamed/broadcast, virtual or hybrid events who enjoys bringing people, plans and productions together to create exceptional experiences for clients. You will work closely with our producers, technical teams, clients and suppliers, and play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects from initial briefing through to completion. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop your producing skills and contribute to a wide range of exciting live events.

You would be working in our busy team from our office in Old Street and on location to help deliver a wide variety of projects, from corporate communications to experiential brand experiences with a creative flare. The role requires an excellent phone manner, strong verbal and written communication skills, being pro-active and a clear understanding of the importance of punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • End to end planning and management of live projects from concept through to completion
  • Manage project schedules, timelines and documentation
  • Logistics management and bookings for clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support rehearsals, testing and event delivery
  • Assist with onsite production and event management
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Health and safety/risk management knowledge
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Assist with taking care of clients when on-site on in our office
  • Share your knowledge with the team and be open to learning new skills
  • Embrace informal and formal training opportunities
  • Contribute to improving our quality processes
  • Be mindful of IT Security protocols at all times

Due to the nature of the work, it can involve early mornings, late nights and weekends. With the possibility of national and international travel.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in event production, project coordination or a similar role
  • Experience with live streaming, or a good understanding of live online video production and streaming
  • Experience and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask during live events
  • Ability to manage more than one project at the same time
  • Ability to maintain project documentation, timelines and production schedules
  • High attention to details
  • Effectively manage their own time and priorities
  • Show initiative with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Be part of a team and have a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Work with management to continually improve our processes
  • Have a creative mindset and actively contribute to the companies’ goals
  • Have a good excellent level of computer literacy (Windows, Mac, Office Suite) with Adobe a nice to have
  • Experience with Monday.com is a bonus
