Brunswick Group’s Investor Brand practice is recruiting for a Live Services Manager in London.

Investor Brand is where creative intelligence meets financial discipline, shaping how companies build credibility with investors, employees, media, and the market over time. Our work spans investor communications, strategic events, and corporate brand, delivering high-stakes moments that influence perception, confidence, and long-term value.

We are looking for a senior client operator with strong live experience, excellent judgement, and commercial instincts. This is not a purely technical production role. We need someone who can lead senior client conversations, shape strategic event approaches, write compelling proposals, contribute to new business growth, and oversee flawless execution across complex live environments.

The role sits within our Live team and reports to our Film and Live leads. You will work closely with senior Brunswick advisors, creative teams, producers, and technical specialists across a wide range of high-profile global clients and events.

About The Role

Client Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day relationships with senior corporate clients across in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Act as a calm, credible, and commercially-minded advisor in high-pressure situations.
  • Translate complex communications objectives into clear event strategies and production approaches.
  • Lead client conversations around format, audience experience, narrative flow, staging, content, and delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat work and expanded opportunities.

Strategic Events & Delivery

  • Oversee the successful delivery of investor, corporate, and leadership events from concept through execution.
  • Manage high-profile live environments including Capital Markets Days, AGMs, results presentations, leadership events, and hybrid broadcasts.
  • Ensure events are delivered to an exceptional standard across experience, production, timing, and operational execution.
  • Work closely with producers, designers, technical specialists, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain oversight of budgets, schedules, staffing, and commercial delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
