Role overview:
We’re looking for our second Live Shopping Lead Producer to be the operational engine of our live schedule for half our portfolio of brands; turning strategy into a clean, conflict-free plan and making sure every presenter, producer and studio is confirmed, briefed and ready. You’ll own scheduling in GoLive, the flow of information across teams, and producer billing. This is a fast-paced, detail-critical role for someone who keeps a lot of moving parts in order and never lets a slot slip. When plans change at the last minute, and they will, you’re the person who keeps everyone aligned and the schedule intact.

Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our talent to book events for half our portfolio of brands; locking presenter, producer, studio and timing into a clean, conflict-free schedule
- Manage last-minute changes and cover, keeping production and account teams informed
- Own producer payments and live billing, reconciling hours and rates and ensuring accurate, on-time payment Technology
- Work with our talented technology and product teams to develop our software and make this role scale as we grow
