Role Description

As a Live Shopping Presenter – Gaming (Freelance), you will host live shopping sessions focused on gaming products and experiences for audiences on social platforms, primarily TikTok and Instagram. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, you will:

  • Present products in an engaging, authentic manner
  • Demonstrate features
  • Interact with viewers in real time to answer questions and drive sales

Daily tasks include:

  • Preparing product knowledge
  • Setting up and rehearsing for live sessions
  • Monitoring audience engagement
  • Providing feedback on content performance to help optimize future streams

You will also contribute ideas for new gaming-related live concepts and trends that can strengthen Novaro’s social commerce offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong on-camera presence and live presenting skills, with the ability to engage audiences and maintain energy throughout gaming-focused live sessions.
  • Solid knowledge of gaming culture, platforms, and products, with the ability to explain features clearly and relate them to viewer interests.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar social platforms, including familiarity with live features, basic streaming setups, and platform best practices.
  • Comfort with sales-oriented communication, including product demonstration, upselling, and handling viewer questions or objections in real time.
  • Excellent verbal communication and improvisation skills, with the ability to respond quickly and professionally to live audience interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively with creative, production, and marketing teams.
  • Basic technical fluency with cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming tools; willingness to learn new tools and workflows as needed.
  • Prior experience in live streaming, content creation, gaming events, or retail/e-commerce presenting is highly beneficial.
  • Reliable time management, professionalism, and openness to feedback to continually refine presenting style and performance.
