You will be responsible for sourcing presenter and producer talent, managing agency recruitment channels, organizing casting days, finding specific talent for brand requests, entering and maintaining accurate details (such as pay) in the system, and handling end-to-end people management including issue resolution and pay queries. This is a highly proactive role suited to someone with strong people skills who excels at talent operations and creator management.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Sourcing: Source top-tier presenter and producer talent across categories aligned with GoPlaces’ brand portfolio through TikTok, creator platforms, direct outreach, and external agencies.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Manage recruitment agencies and partner networks to hire specialized talent efficiently against brand requirements.
  • Casting & Auditions: Organize and run structured casting days and audition sessions for prospective presenters and producers.
  • Bespoke Sourcing: Actively scout and recruit talent tailored to specific brand requests and client briefs.
  • System & Data Administration: Enter, update, and maintain talent information in system databases, ensuring data accuracy regarding pay rates, contracts, and availability.
  • People & Talent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for presenters and producers, managing day-to-day talent issues, conflict resolution, performance feedback, and pay queries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
