With an extensive inventory of in-house equipment, the team supplies stage lighting, microphones, audio systems, and creative elements. In addition to equipment rental, experienced technicians handle full setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth event delivery. Role Description (SOUND)
The Live Sound Engineer is a contract, on-site role based in Worcester, but also UK wide, and including some foreign work into other countries, working with tribute shows, in theatres.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of audio during live events. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Setting up and testing PA systems, consoles, microphones, and monitoring equipment
- Performing sound checks with performers and presenters
- Mixing live audio to ensure clear, balanced sound for audiences and on-stage talent
- Troubleshooting audio issues in real time
- Coordinating with clients and other technical crew
- Safely packing down and maintaining audio equipment after events
The Live Sound Engineer is expected to:
- Follow event schedules
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service in a variety of event environments
Qualifications
- Strong Live Sound and Audio Engineering skills, including experience with FOH and monitor mixing
- Familiarity with Microphones and Audio Visual (AV) Systems, including setup, routing, and basic troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Music and performance environments, enabling effective collaboration with artists and presenters
- Practical knowledge of gain structure, EQ, dynamics processing, and acoustic considerations in live venues
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-service mindset and professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work on-site in Worcester, but also travelling UK wide, and staying away from home, including foreign travel
- You may also need to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of equipment

Beneficial Experience:
- Relevant experience in live events, touring, theatre, or venue-based sound engineering
- Technical certifications or audio-related training are a plus
- Basic, and working knowledge of QLAB would be appreciated, but training can be given
Requirements:
- A Full UK Driving License is Required. This role will require driving UK wide, in a 3.5T Van
- Requirement to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules as required by events
Role Description (LIGHTING)
The Lighting Engineer will be responsible for planning, installing, programming, and operating lighting systems for a range of events including working on touring tribute shows in Theatres, UK Wide, and in foreign countries. This is an on-site role based in Worcester, but also UK wide, and including some foreign work into other countries, working with tribute shows, in theatres.

This role involves working closely with event coordinators, production teams, and other technicians to translate creative concepts into effective lighting designs. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Setting up lighting fixtures and control consoles
- Configuring LED and conventional lighting equipment
- Testing and troubleshooting systems
- Ensuring safe cabling and rigging practices
- Running lighting cues during rehearsals and live events
- Adjusting designs based on venue conditions
- Maintaining equipment before and after each event
Qualifications
- Skills in Lighting Control and operation of lighting consoles (Avolites/ETC)
- Skills in Lighting Design and creating event-appropriate lighting looks
- Skills in LED Lighting Systems and general Lighting technologies
- Experience in live events, theatre, concerts, or corporate productions
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, rigging basics, and industry-standard practices
- Ability to interpret technical plots and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Beneficial Experience:
- Relevant technical training or certification in lighting or production; comparable experience is highly valued
