The team collaborates remotely, using modern streaming tools and production workflows to create high-quality live broadcasts. Volunteers and contributors are encouraged to bring fresh ideas and help enhance the overall listener and viewer experience.

Role Description

The Live Stream Technical Producer is a remote, volunteer role responsible for overseeing the technical setup and execution of live broadcasts for The golden show radio Official. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves:

  • Coordinating with hosts and guests before and during broadcasts
  • Managing production assets such as overlays and graphics
  • Ensuring smooth transitions between segments

The Technical Producer collaborates with the broader production team to:

  • Schedule streams
  • Test equipment and connections
  • Refine workflows for more reliable and engaging live shows

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, live event production, and contributing to a creative digital media environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Technical Production and Production Management for live streaming environments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Video Production to manage cameras, visuals, and streaming software configurations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to organize schedules, resources, and pre-show preparations.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with hosts, guests, and other team members.
  • Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, or similar) and tools such as OBS, Streamlabs, or similar software is beneficial.
  • Reliable internet connection, familiarity with basic audio/video equipment, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are important.
  • Previous experience in radio, podcasting, or live event production is a plus, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
