About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-award-winning team within Warwick Business School. The SmartStage team helps innovate the way WBS approaches its online, live delivery of education. The postholder will, in the main, be operating our SmartStage facility and providing high-quality live-streaming for the business school. SmartStage is an immersive, augmented reality video environment which allows the presenters to see and interact with the content around them, such as graphics and even holograms. This stage will be used for the delivery of synchronous, online events. The postholder will create graphics and other technical improvements, help design online sessions, support one-on-one and group training, help out with live-streaming queries and troubleshoot where necessary. Furthermore, they will help promote our innovative teaching delivery across the business school and the university. Besides SmartStage, the roles will cover any other upcoming live-streaming and immersive technologies.

The role could be a good fit for people with a background in media and video production, live production (theatre or education), broadcast and/or others.
Please note that due to the nature of this role and business operation requirements, the successful applicant will be required to work the majority of their time on campus. They will also need to be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends when required. However, they will only ever be required to work 5 days in 7.
