Department: Corporate Services

Location: Remote
Compensation: £48,000 / year

Description

At Priory, we believe the voices and experiences of the people we support should be at the heart of everything we do, helping us shape and continuously improve care across our divisions, regions and our local services. As Lived Experience Partner Lead, you’ll help shape and deliver our Lived Experience Partnership strategy across Priory Healthcare, working with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure patient voice and coproduction meaningfully influence our services and the way we work.

This is an evolving senior role, offering the opportunity to shape the strategic vision for lived experience across Priory. You’ll provide leadership, governance and strategic influence across a range of projects, workstreams and engagement activity, ensuring the voices and experiences of the people we support are meaningfully embedded in how we deliver and improve care.

The role is offered on a full-time remote basis, with occasional travel required.

What you'll be doing

  • Play a key role in shaping how lived experience influences our services, working collaboratively across Priory to turn insight into meaningful action.
  • Lead our Lived Experience approach, helping to develop and lead the Priory Healthcare strategy and framework and embedding lived experience across our services.
  • Champion patient voice and a culture of coproduction, working with senior leaders, managers and teams to turn lived experience feedback into meaningful service improvements.
  • Lead and support our team of Divisional Lived Experience Partners, from recruitment and coordination through supervision, development and training, ensuring they can make a meaningful contribution.
  • Share insight and influence change, preparing reports, presentations and updates and representing Lived Experience Partnership work at divisional committees and forums.
  • Shape the future of lived experience at Priory, supporting policy development and helping build a culture where lived experience is valued, celebrated and genuinely influences how we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
