Join Us as a Livestock Development Manager and Shape the Future of the Industry!

Are you passionate about revolutionising the livestock industry? Do you excel in supply chain management and building strong supplier relationships? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

As our Livestock Development Manager, you will be a pivotal force in our Livestock team, driving our brand protection schemes and ensuring we deliver the highest standards of quality to our customers.

Your mission will be to achieve complete supply chain transparency and uphold our rigorous supplier standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Innovate: Spearhead our welfare programs, setting new benchmarks for the industry
  • Drive Sustainability: Own and deliver ambitious sustainability goals, collaborating closely with our buying team
  • Policy Pioneer: Develop and implement innovative policies and procedures for our farms
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee our auditing program to maintain our high standards
  • Quality Control: Remove any suppliers that fail to meet our stringent requirements
  • Develop our future supply chain: Support our vision of a resilient, sustainable supply chain
  • Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor your team to achieve best-in-class performance
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in livestock management and animal welfare
  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with our Agricultural and Buying teams to meet retailer objectives and deliver program successfully

About You:

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a deep passion for the livestock industry and animal welfare. You should have extensive knowledge of supply chain management, coupled with strong decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills at all levels. Your ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively is crucial, as is a proven track record of implementing successful policies and procedures.
