Role Overview

Looking for a fast-thinking and energetic TikTok Livestream Producer based in London to join our expanding social commerce team. Your job will involve crucial backstage support in running, directing, and driving sales of top brands during their TikTok Shop livestreams.

If you’re a great communicator, multitasker, and can keep up a positive energy both backstage and during the show - you might be the right fit for us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and supervise TikTok Shop livestreams from beginning to end.
  • Handle the sales strategies in the course of the show to boost GMV.
  • Make live adjustments to strategy and solve any issues during livestream.
  • Monitor the performance data and inform the hosts about the optimisation options.
  • Engage in on-screen interaction with the hosts in the course of livestreams.
  • Operate the live production tools and the equipment (lighting, cameras, monitors, etc.).
  • Research and compose product and brand talking points.
  • Work together with hosts and the Managing Producer to design the show concept and format, set requirements.
  • Help in organising the set change, maintaining the equipment, and documenting the post-show.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Flexible working schedule, including atypical hours, evening, and some weekend days.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage several tabs simultaneously, monitor the KPIs, and solve the problems calmly under pressure.
  • Clear, confident communicator and good presence on-mic (radio/podcast-style voice preferable).
  • Ability to be a vocal presence during the livestream and naturally participate in enhancing the host dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of the studio lighting, cameras, and other live production software (OBS).
  • Enthusiasm about the research work on the products and trends, as well as fast understanding of the brand's messaging.
  • Sales-savvy, with a natural ability to sell products.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in the role of producer or moderator in TikTok Shop live streams organised by another TikTok Shop Partner.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and creator culture in UK.
  • Understanding of the UK social commerce and live streams landscape.

Training & Ramp-Up

If you have experience working with one of the TikTok Shop Partners before, you'll be ready to start immediately.

Otherwise, we have an extensive onboarding and training programme for you. Expect 4 weeks of intensive training process with the help of our senior producers.
