LLOP Operative Nights - Kettering
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a LLOP Operative Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our distribution operations and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and safely.
Shift Patterns
- 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory, and the schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.
Pay Rates
- £17.70 hourly

- Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
- Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment while adhering to site health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy to meet and exceed site pick targets.
- Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
- Performing general housekeeping to keep the work area clean and tidy to ensure a safe environment and boost productivity.
