LMS and Digital Learning Manager
We're looking for a LMS and Digital Learning Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £44,000 - £48,000 per annum with a hybrid working pattern.
The LMS and Digital Learning Manager acts as the business owner for ICAEW's Learning Management System. The role is responsible for ensuring the platform meets business needs, delivers an excellent learner experience and supports Learning's strategic objectives. Working in partnership with Technology, the LMS supplier and internal stakeholders, the postholder will oversee system configuration, business administration, continuous improvement and the development of the LMS roadmap, whilst Technology retains responsibility for the technical infrastructure, security, integrations and application support.

What you will be doing:
- Own the day-to-day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of the LMS and associated learning technologies.
- Maintain course structures, catalogues, user access, learning pathways, enrolments, assessments, certifications, notifications, user roles and permissions.
- Coordinate system incidents through to resolution, working closely with suppliers, Technology colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Work with Technology colleagues to ensure the LMS is reliable, secure, accessible and provides a high-quality learner experience.
- Produce management information and analyse learner engagement, completions and platform usage to inform decisions and improvements.
What you will need:
- Hands-on experience managing or administering a Learning Management System.
- Experience working with external software suppliers or technology partners.
- A sound understanding of instructional design principles, learning objectives, assessment and online learning design.
- Experience producing reports and analysing and interpreting learner and platform data.
- Ability to work effectively with instructional designers, subject matter experts and technical colleagues.
