About The Role
Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services to patients in Secure Environments – prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).
We are looking for a LMS (Learning Management System) Specialist to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract!
Hours
This is a full time role - working 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Salary
You'll receive an annual salary of £34,500
Location
Remote, with occasional travel

As our new LMS Specialist, some of your duties will include:
- Using our in-house Learning Management System (Access), you will create training pathways to be used by colleagues at all levels within the business
- Use LMS to generate and data for reporting purposes (attendance, Power BI)
- Work on training packages across regional and national levels, ensuring all packages are accessible
- Support the National Learning and Training Manager, as well as the National Clinical and Support Teams
- Deal with complex queries, and take part in project work

As our new LMS Specialist, you will:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of in-house Learning Management Systems, ideally Access (but not essential)
- Be familiar with the front end and back end of an LMS
- Any creative experience would be a bonus
- Have excellent Excel skills, as you will be using Excel for reporting
