About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Business Analyst to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Learning & Development function. This is a highly varied role combining operations, project coordination, stakeholder management, events, content production, commercial development and data management. You will be responsible for managing the L&D schedule end-to-end, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of seminars and training programmes, and ensuring that every interaction is followed up and converted into a meaningful commercial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the L&D calendar end-to-end, ensuring sessions, presentations, filming, courses and networking activities run smoothly and to schedule.
  • Coordinate seminars, webinars and training sessions, including presenter preparation, attendee management, logistics, communications and follow-up.
  • Work closely with senior and technical subject-matter experts to extract, structure and develop their knowledge into high-quality training and educational content.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of online courses, from initial preparation and structuring through filming, editing and final delivery.
  • Coordinate in-house and external trainers, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, standards and requirements.
  • Manage attendee and client information, ensuring accurate records are maintained within internal databases and CRM systems.
  • Oversee invoicing, online payments and associated financial administration.
  • Maintain comprehensive feedback processes across courses, seminars, networking sessions and other L&D activities.
  • Support the marketing and distribution of educational content across digital and social media channels.
  • Identify commercial opportunities from interactions with attendees, clients and other stakeholders, ensuring individuals are appropriately followed up and directed towards relevant courses, products or services.
  • Support university relationships, fairs, partnerships and other external engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure the L&D function operates efficiently and scales effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
