Senior Legal Adviser – LNG, Middle East
We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LNG lawyer to join a major energy organisation in The Middle East.
This is a very senior in-house position with a strong focus on LNG trading and transactions, and we’re particularly interested in speaking with lawyers who have genuine experience negotiating LNG SPAs and Master SPAs, either from private practice or an in-house energy/trading environment.

- Long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements, Master SPAs and spot transactions
- LNG trading and commercial arrangements
- LNG projects, facility utilisation, storage, reloading and optimisation
- Crude oil and petroleum product sales/export arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating complex international commercial contracts
- Advising on sanctions, regulatory and compliance matters
- Supporting disputes and arbitration where required

We’re looking for a UK or US-qualified lawyer with significant experience in LNG and energy transactions.
The position is based in Kuwait and would suit someone interested in moving into a highly commercial role with exposure to significant international LNG activity.
