We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial bay door engineer to be based in Middleton M24.
Role will involve travel across Manchester, West Midlands, and Derbyshire.

- The role involves delivering a full schedule of works, on time and to budget.
- Handling new and existing contracts.
- Commercial/Industrial jobs.
- To ensure all daily planned and routine work is completed and to ensure that all breakdowns are attended to and rectified in a line with departmental objectives in a safe manner, causing minimum downtime and preventing business disruption.
- A good understanding of health and safety and the build process, team player is a must.
- There will be driving between contracts, so a clean driving license is a must.
Skills And Experience
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Experienced in the following products:
- Bay door/Roller Shutters experience is preferred
- Automatic Gates
- Traffic Barriers and Associated equipment
- 3 phase electrical experience and fault finding an advantage
- An eye for detail and working to a high standard.
- To be able to work well with others and build a strong team.
- Confident working alone.
- Someone who is confident has good face-to-face skills and is comfortable outlining further work to the client.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills & should be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.

What We Offer
- £35,000 – £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full time position.
