As one of Europe’s leading food processing companies, we are proud to work closely with local farmers to deliver high quality, sustainably sourced lamb and beef to customers across the UK and beyond. We’re currently looking for Back Shift Loading Bay Operatives to join our team in Llanybydder.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and hardworking team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time. Helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.

This is a back shift position working Monday to Friday 14:00 till 22:00

Responsibilities
Your Main duties will include
- Using a mixture of manual and semi-automated handling to maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries
- Assess carcass quality and monitor and record stocks
- Working with the team to achieve departmental targets
- Scanning labels and applying marks to carcasses per customer specification
- Liaising with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
- Opportunity to learn knife skills
- Abiding by a ‘clean as you go’ policy
- Maintaining the fast-paced environment in line with production needs
