Tayto Group Loading Bay Section Leader

Tayto Group are the 3rd largest player in savoury snacks, with a turnover of more than £250m and home to iconic brands like Golden Wonder, Mr Porky, REAL Crisps and Tayto. We’re also the UK’s leading supplier of private label snacks – maybe even your supermarket favourite! Our brand heritage spans over 75 years, and we’re always committed to delivering the lunchbox staples, pub favourites, and ‘who ate the last pack?’ moments that we all love.

We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our delectably dedicated Loading Bay Team! When it comes to the crunch, they’ve really got the goods when it comes to sending our products out into the world on their journey to our customers. We’re looking for a Loading Bay Section Leader to help our teams do just that, working either 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (on alternate weeks), or 10pm to 6am shifts at our Corby site (NN17 4AP).

Let’s get a flavour of the role:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
