Job Title: Loading Operative
Location: Atherstone, UK
Job Type: Full-Time (5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends)
Salary: £11.51 – £12.79 per hour

Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Loading Operatives to join our busy warehouse team based in Atherstone on a 8:00am shift. Shifts usually last 7 - 8 hours.
This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting, loading, and general warehouse duties. Ideal candidates will be team players with a strong work ethic and a good level of physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods accurately and safely
- Handle heavy items and ensure correct placement
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Operate within a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends

What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work weekends as part of a shift rotation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred (but Not Required):
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience
