Job Title

We are currently partnering with a leading international bank based in the City of London, who offer Hybrid working in recruiting a Loan Administration Senior Officer on an ongoing daily rate contract assignment.

Daily Rate: £325 - £375 all-inclusive rate

Location: London, City

Essential Industry Experience required: Loan Agreements and Loan Documentation from a Banking or financial services background

  • Collection, review, capture, and periodic administration of system data obtained from legal documentation.
  • Accurate and timely execution of contracts on behalf of the Loan Administration team capturing facility level data within our various systems.
  • Coordinate, delegate and assist in the completion of the control and ongoing.
  • Handle queries relating to Loan documentation and maintenance of contracts.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Highly knowledgeable of Loan documentation and experienced in all aspects of loans admin processing - rollovers, rate fixing, drawdowns etc.
  • Previous experience in analysing Bilateral, Syndicated and Agency Loan Agreements and related documentation.
  • Strong proven loans admin skills covering syndicated and bilateral loans gained within banking.
  • Knowledge and experience of LoanIQ is desired.
  • Capable of interpreting legal loan documentation.
