Responsibilities
- Process requests to funding and fee request loans in a timely fashion while ensuring that all policy and regulatory requirements are met.
- Process general ledger entries, complete wire transfers, daily loan settlements, and balance accounts as needed with great accuracy.
- Perform all funding processes for Capital Investments group.
- Accountable for interpreting and translating Consumer and Basic Commercial loan documents for entry to the Jack Henry Silverlake operating system with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with lenders and administrative assistants to efficiently resolve discrepancies with funding and fee requests, documentation discrepancies, scanning issues, and other issues that arise.
- Reply to or refer to the proper team all lender, customer, and financial institution inquiries regarding servicing issues for commercial loans.
- Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of bank loan operations experience.
- Excellent customer service, written/verbal communication, and telephone skills.
- Advanced comprehension of mortgage, commercial, consumer loans.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex loan contracts.
- Ability to perform loan accounting computations, including interest accruals, payment amortizations, billing calculations.
- Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and enter data quickly and accurately to meet deadlines, including end-of-month activity.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Advanced PC and word processing skills required to utilize varying proprietary Windows-based software applications.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry, Synergy, Encompass, and Salesforce/nCino preferred.

Wage Range
- The salary for this position ranges from $17.50 to $22 per hour.
