Be part of something big from day one. If you’re looking for a role where your ideas matter, progression is rapid, and you get to help shape the direction of a growing lender from the inside out, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

Our client is a fast‑expanding specialist lender operating across bridging, development, and structured real‑estate finance. Backed by a strong leadership team and a rapidly growing loan book, they have built a reputation for speed, service, and commercially astute decision‑making. With an entrepreneurial culture and ambitious growth plans, they are now hiring foundational team members who will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of the business.

About the Role

As a Loan Manager, you will sit at the heart of the lending operation, underwriting deals, managing broker relationships, and ensuring each case moves efficiently from initial enquiry to completion. This is a true blend of underwriting discipline and commercial sales instinct; ideal for someone who thrives on balancing risk with opportunity. You’ll report directly to the Head of Credit, working within a high‑performing, collaborative environment where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your career can accelerate quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
