Join a fast-growing Australian mortgage brokerage that helps young professionals achieve their property goals, working fully remotely within a high-performing team. This role offers a genuine pathway into a senior offshore management position for the right person.

Role Summary

The Loan Processor owns loan files across the full lifecycle, from file setup and Fact Find review through application build, formal approval and settlement. Day to day, you will build accurate applications in Salestrekker and ApplyOnline following a detailed handover from the Senior Credit Assessor, complete compliance checklists on every deal and keep clients, lenders, solicitors and conveyancers moving towards settlement. You will also support the Head Broker and Senior Credit Assessor with document management, CRM maintenance and periodic repricing of the loan book. The ideal person is proactive, detail focused and takes genuine ownership, with a get the job done attitude and a hunger to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new client files and OneDrive folders, review Fact Finds and supporting documents, identify gaps and contact clients promptly to obtain outstanding information.
  • Build accurate loan applications in Salestrekker and ApplyOnline following a detailed handover from the Senior Credit Assessor, understanding each deal and flagging potential red flags rather than simply entering data.
  • Complete a comprehensive compliance checklist as part of every deal build to ensure each application meets compliance standards.
  • Turn around standard deal builds promptly and accurately, completing up to three high-quality builds per day during busy periods.
  • Manage formally approved applications through to settlement, liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and conveyancers.
  • Follow up outstanding settlement conditions, monitor deadlines and escalate potential delays early.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep every file updated throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Assist with document management, CRM maintenance and periodic repricing of the loan book.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head Broker and Senior Credit Assessor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
