Join an established Australian mortgage broking firm as a fully remote Loan Processor
Working directly with a senior director-level broker and a small, supportive team where you will own loan files from application through to settlement and beyond.
Role Summary
As Loan Processor you will manage mortgage applications across the full lifecycle, from preparing and reviewing loan files through to submission, settlement, and post settlement check-ins, keeping every file accurate and compliant with lending guidelines. Day to day you will collect and verify client documentation, order valuations and pricing requests, keep the CRM and ApplyOnline (AOL) up to date, draft application documents, and liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to keep applications moving. You will work alongside a director-level broker who focuses on strategic advice and credit structuring, while you take ownership of documentation, submission, and compliance. The firm works across residential, commercial, self-employed, and medico lending with access to a wide lender panel, giving you exposure to a broad range of deal types.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
